Achievements:

Part of the working committee to introduce the registration of REN Programme at BOARD level.
Expanded MASPEX to Johor and Penang.
Embarked on a nationwide exercise to train Real Estate Negotiators for certification for BOVAEA. Created history by conducting 42 NRS classes and trained 11,000 Negotiators.
Launched MIEA Youth.
Successfully worked with the BOARD to increase the number or RENs per Real Estate Agent from 20 to 30.
Reorganised the Education & Training Department and raised RM2.1 million in revenue.
Purchased MIEA Johor Secretariat Office & Training Center.
Opened MIEA Penang Secretariat Office & Training Center.
Opened MIEA Sarawak Secretariat Office & Training Center.
Signed MOU with PropertyGuru offering special listing packages for membership.
Acquired one floor office lot at 3 Two Square for education and training.
Revived MIEA Perak Branch.
Education trip to Real Estate Institue of Victoria, Australia (REIV) and signed MOU with the largest Real Estate organisation in Australia.
Awarded Estate Agent of the year (2015) by BOVAEA.
